Prize Details and Redemption:

1. $50 Service Discount (10 Winners)

• Valid for one (1) service appointment at Scarborough Nissan.
• Must be redeemed within 6 months of the event date (valid until August 8, 2025).
• Not valid with any other promotions, offers, or discounts.

2. $25 Gas Cards (15  Winners)

• Winners may pick up their gas card during the event or return to Scarborough Nissan to claim it.
• Gas cards not claimed by March 8, 2025 will be forfeited.

3. A pair of General Admission Auto Show Tickets (10 Winners)

• Tickets are valid for the 2025 Canadian International AutoShow held from February 14-23, 2025.
• Winners may pick up their tickets during the event or return to Scarborough Nissan to claim them.
• Tickets not claimed by February 13, 2025, will be forfeited.

4. Hats  – 15 Winners

• Hats must be claimed during the event or picked up at Scarborough Nissan by March 8, 2025.

5. Fanny Packs  – 10 Winners

• Fanny packs must be claimed during the event or picked up at Scarborough Nissan by March 8, 2025.

6. Tumblers – 10 Winners

• Tumblers must be claimed during the event or picked up at Scarborough Nissan by March 8, 2025.

7. Nissan Business Smart Duffle Bag ($30.00 Value Each )- 10 winners 

• Bags must be claimed during the event or picked up at Scarborough Nissan by March 8, 2025.

Claiming Your Prize:

1. To claim your prize, present your winning scratch card and a valid ID at Scarborough Nissan.
2. Unclaimed prizes beyond the designated deadlines listed above will be forfeited.

Additional Terms:

• Scarborough Nissan employees, affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
• By accepting a prize, winners agree to allow Scarborough Nissan to use their name, likeness, and prize details for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
• Scarborough Nissan assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged scratch cards or prizes once claimed.

Grand Prize: $1000 Gas Gift Card

Prize Details and Redemption:

1. $1000 Gas Gift Card (1 Winner)

• Valid for one (1) Gas Gift Card valued at $1000 CAD.

1. Eligibility:

• The contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province/state of residence at the time of entry and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Employees, officers, and directors of Nissan Canada Inc. (the “Sponsor”), its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household of each are not eligible. 

2. Contest Period:

• The contest begins on February 8th, 2025 at 11:00 AM and ends on February 28th (the “Entry Period”).
• To be eligible to win, entrants must book a test drive of the 2025 Nissan Murano during the Entry Period and complete the test drive by February 28th, 2025.
• The contest winner will be announced on March 3rd, 2025 and the prize must be redeemed by March 30th, 2025 or it will be forfeited.

3. How to Enter:

• To enter, attend the Nissan Lunar New Year Event at Scarborough Nissan during the Contest Period and complete a test drive of the 2025 Nissan Murano before February 28th, 2025.
• You must provide your full legal name, valid email address, and phone number at the time of the test drive registration to be eligible to win.
• Limit one (1) entry per person.

4. Prize:

• One (1) winner will receive a $1,000 CAD gas gift card. The specific type of gift card will be determined by the Sponsor at its sole discretion.
• The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

5. Winner Selection and Notification:

• The contest winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The draw will be conducted on March 3rd, 2025.
• The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone by March 11th, 2025. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within 3 days of the first attempt to contact, or if the potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if the potential winner does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, the prize will be forfeited.

6. General Conditions:

• By participating in this contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the contest.
• The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms and Conditions.
• The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries, or for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind.
• The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if it is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures,4 or any other causes beyond the Sponsor’s control.
• By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use of their name, city/province/state of residence, and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
• This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations.

7. Release and Indemnification:

• By participating in the contest, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
• Entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to their participation in the contest or their breach of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Privacy:

• Any personal information collected from entrants will be used by the Sponsor for the purposes of administering the contest and for other marketing purposes, as permitted by law.

9. Sponsor:

10. Governing Law:

• This contest and these Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
